I was expecting to get an estimate and set an appt up for work to be done on my roof. Chad not only arrived on time, but was able to complete the job today. He was very pleasant and I am totally grateful that he was able to solve my problem so quickly. I won't hesitate to call on Matterhorn Exteriors if I have a problem. Thank you.

I received 5 bids/quotes on my roof. Chad Venhaus with Matterhorn Exteriors came to my house to meet with me and discuss the roof and the available products. Only one other roofing company came to my house, all others left messages. I was impressed with Chad's knowledge, willing to work with our budget and his professionalism. Chad understood we wanted a professional crew at our house. Chad came through. The crew was very professional and paid attention to detail. While I was at work, Chad sent a picture of the progress being made on the roof. Matterhorn Exteriors team was terrific and very hardworking. The clean-up was excellent not to mention the roof turned out beautiful! Thank you, Chad and Matterhorn Exteriors!

It may sound a bit over-the-top, but it's true. Chad Venhaus and Matterhorn Exteriors is the best contractor/service professional of any kind that I've ever worked with! If you asked me beforehand what my perfect experience with a contractor would be like, I would have described what I experienced with Matterhorn Exteriors. I found them through an online search for the best roofers near me. The search results led me to Homeadvisor.com which is where I found Matterhorn Exteriors listed. I called multiple listings listed and can say honestly that Chad at Matterhorn Exteriors was the most professional, most customer-oriented and most efficient I encountered. He came to our house and met with me for as long as I needed to discuss the roof, the job, the options, the things I could expect from the insurance company, things he could do to help anticipate and expedite getting a timely and favorable response from the insurance company. He was simply amazing. When it came to preparing and performing the job, Matterhorn Exteriors gave us advance notice of what was required, when the work would be performed, how it would be performed,! what to do to prepare and what to expect afterward. The crew performing the work was polite, professional and efficient. The job was done expertly, on-time and there was no mess left for me to deal with at all. Afterward, Chad met with us to inspect the job, filed the warranty paperwork, provided rebate information and was available to answer any questions I had. If I ever have exterior work to do again, I'm going with Matterhorn Exteriors!
